Solar Powered Tiny House Camper

For sale is our one of a kind, custom built, 3890 lbs tiny house camper. Finished in 2017 it is extremely well built of wood, it is lightweight but extremely strong and durable. Thick floor to ceiling foam insulation keeps it cool in the summer and warm in the winter. It features a full kitchen, bathroom, fold down table and chairs, twin bed and lots of overhead and under bed storage space. It is appointed with beautiful pine interior siding for that warm cabin feel. Distressed wood flooring is used throughout on the table top, kitchen counter and floors. Solar power runs the refrigerator and lights so you can camp with no hookups anywhere you want. 12v DC electricity is provided by a large 150lb 220ah AGM battery and a 320 watt solar panel. I have never run out of power with this system even when parked in the woods for a week.

Features include:

Heavy duty former RV frame.
Permanent license plate.
9’9” height, 10’8” length, 6’6” width. 75 square feet.
150lb 220ah AGM battery, 320 watt solar panel
New 5k axle with brakes. New 225-75-R15 tires
Heavy duty leaf suspension with shock absorbers for a smooth and stable ride.
Galvalume heavy duty thick metal roof.
7 coats of 6 year Behr Cedar Naturaltone exterior stain.
Redwood trim.
7 pin connector plug.
12v Water pump.
12-24v AC/DC Norcold quiet refrigerator.
1/2” heavy copper pipe plumbing.
Wired for 110v electricity. Has wall plugs and shore power plug.
Running lights.
Dual propane tanks.
E rated dual pane windows.
Blackout window shades.
Propane stove.
Propane pull out heater (hidden under the kitchen cabinet).
Insulated with hand cut 1 1/2” thick foam insulation in the floors, ceiling and walls.
Portable toilet with it’s own cleanable holding tank.

This tiny house has no built in holding tanks. We supplied water to the house with a 55gal drum carried on the back of the truck. The house is available for show in Jamul CA. You are responsible for your own transportation costs and arrangements to move the house. I can meet you or your trucker and assist in the hookup. I am the original builder and happy to answer any questions you may have. This is a beautiful and unique travel home that turns heads and gets lots of attention. Could be used to live in full time for a single person or travel for two. Thanks for looking.
