11 Ft. Long Tiny House Nano by Baluchon (Sleeps Three!)

At just shy of 11 feet, this is the smallest tiny house built by Baluchon, but it still manages to sleep three between a twin-sized loft (encased in netting), and a pull-out couch for two.

On one end of the THOW you’ll find the shower, toilet, and functional kitchenette with a hot plate, mini fridge and sink. Then on the other end is the stunning porthole window over a desk/table. In the middle is the bench couch for relaxing. The home was designed for a family who wanted a comfortable place to spend the night on fishing trips.

Enjoy the photo tour!

Check Out the Porthole Window in this Tiny House Nano

The couch sits across from the kitchenette. With all these windows the small space feels airy.

The sliding door reveals the bathroom with a dry toilet and standing shower.

You can cook simple meals on the hotplate in the kitchen.

The sink acts as both a bathroom and kitchen sink to save space.

From the other side of the home you see the lovely table/desk area.

Look at the awesome sliding cabinet under the desk! Great use of space.

Here’s the couch with storage underneath.

Then it pulls out…. and…

Voila! A bed for two.

The industrial pipe ladder leads up to a storage nook and the cozy twin bedroom loft.

Well, you definitely don’t need to worry about falling out of this loft bed!

There’s a little storage shelf (or plant shelf) above the toilet.

And a snug shower stall.

Love the two tone metal-and-wood siding on the exterior.

It’s all in the details, and these lighting fixtures are perfect.

This is an amazing Tiny! I have one question though … they put in a shower and a faucet on the sink … where is the water storage?

Typically, it’s going to be hookups or installation of a pump and a filter to tap a nearby water source. Except for the trailer and wheels they try to keep it constructed like a house, with an emphasis on being eco-friendly…

Besides, they can’t make them too heavy in France…

This is adorable, however, I would use it as some kind of office or studio. It would be way to small for me to live in.

Seems to be excellently designed; has everything and conveniently positioned.
I’d call this one a winner and a keeper. (Excellent photos, too.)

Just having to leave visiting grand kids to that loft bed, I’d sleep down on sofa. I’m 82 yrs today. Also need small W/D. This is an adorable layout and really do like the bathroom also.

I like it. I’ve been drawing a 12′ Tiny home for awhile. This is darn good. I sleep down stairs.
I visit with grandkids. One goes up top. Great idea for part time living.
