This is a $12,000 tiny house that’s for sale in Kingston, Tennesee via the Facebook Tiny House Marketplace Group. (Sold).
The seller is moving abroad on September 1. Take a look and let me know what you think. Looks familiar, doesn’t it? This is actually a very nicely built tiny house with a lot of history. We featured it here before when it was originally for sale for the very first time. Yup! This Jackie Ruth’s original tiny house on wheels. It’s just been touched up a bit, am I right?
