Modern Cottage House Plans

I just love the board and batten accent wall!

The living room is a sweet, small space.

The kitchen has an island that seats three.

There’s an impressive amount of storage for such a small space.

The bedroom has a closet and large windows for natural light.

The full bathroom is just across the hall.

This is the layout. I love the separate laundry room.

The covered porch off the front is a great spot for a cup coffee.

The white exterior is very cottage-y.

French doors open to the back yard.

Could you live in this sweet little home?

I would mirror the floor plan so the entry is in to the Great room kitchen. Entering in to a hallway is not desirable.

Love the plan, but I might want to keep the hall where it is, for a coat, boot, umbrella hall stand. Just in case you live where the weather gets snow or rain.
