I would mirror the floor plan so the entry is in to the Great room kitchen. Entering in to a hallway is not desirable.
Love the plan, but I might want to keep the hall where it is, for a coat, boot, umbrella hall stand. Just in case you live where the weather gets snow or rain.
Could I live in this home? In a heart beat! Everything is on the main floor, really like the long hall way. This house has enough windows and still leaves you with wall space to hang art. Many of the tiny homes have so many windows there just isn’t room for art on the walls.
Would I change anything? Only because due to accidents, my misspent youth, I’d move the toilet. Where it is currently located there is no way to put grab bars. Every thing else for some who is aging and wants to “age in place”, this home would certainly work for me.
Actually, you can put grab bars by the toilet. There’s types of bars for any placement…
