39-Foot Urban Park Max Tiny House with Private First Floor Bedroom

The Urban Park Max is one of Tru Form Tiny’s most popular models, and for a good reason — offering a private, spacious first-floor bedroom is especially attractive, and the high-end finishes throughout the home only make it more enticing!

Even though there’s a bedroom on the first floor, you also get the benefit of a loft with staircase access, which is great for kids, storage, or maybe an office space. Like in most homes, the kitchen and living space are open-concept, which helps keep the tiny house from feeling claustrophobic. What do you like most about this spacious, tiny home?

I would say that this Tiny is very near perfect! Nice kitchen, big living room, great bedroom with fabulous closets, and all aesthetically pleasing. Bravo and kudos to the designer(s)! There are a few suggestions I would make to meet my own personal preferences…I’m sure many wouldn’t change a thing, it is that nice. I really do prefer closed cabinets in the kitchen instead of open shelving, though the one above the sink would be able to stay even if there was a spice cabinet next to the refrigerator. That fabulous pantry would definitely hide lots of things but oh how I love a cabinet with a door I can close. Maybe one open shelf for fancy stuff that is easily kept organized. Doors hide lots of clutter! If I could have an induction range instead of gas or electric, that would make that kitchen perfect! I know some like to have the gas because you can be off grid with propane but I wouldn’t be traveling around at all so being hooked up would accommodate the induction. That’s it for suggestions. Like I said, near perfect!
