Efficient Tiny House with a Loft

This modern single-loft tiny house on wheels looks like a lovely vacation property or a great spot for a single person or couple to live full-time. A storage staircase with gorgeous treads takes you up to a single loft bedroom, well-lit with recessed lighting.

The home has a galley kitchen has a farmhouse sink and an induction cook top, along with space for a refrigerator. A subway tile shower stall is the focal point of the bathroom! But the focal point of the house is a huge picture window in the living room, which would be great tucked into a magical, natural setting. The home is for sale in Winfield, PA for $117,000.

I love this Tiny! It’s very nearly perfect, and completely comfortable and livable! As with most of the Tinies you share in this newsletter, I’m sure that this was constructed according to the buyer’s specifications and as is the case very often, someone else…me…might tweak the design just a bit. No offense intended because I think the designers did a fabulous job but personal preferences should be met if at all possible, right? So, even though that picture window is amazing and adds that element of drama, I would like to raise the bottom sill by a few inches so I could put the couch there if I wanted to change the layout once in a while. Or perhaps get a sectional that would fit there nicely…love that the living area is big enough for that kind of option! I couldn’t get a good idea of the refrigerator size…I think it had a cupboard panel on it so it blended in…but I’d like to try fitting a full sized fridge in there. Doesn’t have to be huge but just with enough space so shopping once a week would be possible instead of every few days. Of course, any changes would have to be decided on when a good look at a floor plan was possible. I know every change affects everything around it so they would have to be done with care. Kudos to the designers for a Tiny well done!

The dominance of white and black tones in the interior creates a serene and inviting atmosphere in the tiny house, ensuring that every corner of the space feels like a tranquil sanctuary. As a tiny house manufacturer, it brings me great joy to see others who share the same aesthetic preferences. This is precisely what a tiny house should encapsulate. Best wishes in your endeavors.
