    Interested in the plan for single level 789 sq. ft. cottage…getting ready to retire in Tennessee Nashville area…can you attach a garage

    Changes I think are useful: An attached garage; change screened porch to a 3 season room; vaulted ceilings are such a waste. An elevated library/sitting room/small office taking up a segment of the space where heat rises and a sky light would be useful along with cable/internet.
