This is not unique. It is similar in concept to the ´Stacked Shack´
design published by Popular Mechanics in the 1960s.
The stacked shack had the corner cut off, a central spiral staircase, & 2 bedroom areas (in the high corners of the roof).
The Stacked Shack design can still be found in the archives of PM.
