This is the 400 sq. ft. Whidbey Cottage offered by West Coast Homes and designed by architect Mark Ouellette.
This residential park model has a beautiful covered deck and this particular version features an l-shaped staircase to make entry to the loft that much easier (and safer). There’s an additional ground-floor bedroom and faux stone fireplace.

Totally love it!!! What a super job!!! I can’t tell you what I love most. The inside or the wonderful deck with that fantastic lake view!!! I like the way the stairs were done too.. No ladder or pieces of pipe that not many have anything like yours. If your toes bend just right, you won’t get up to the loft. Or either grow a tail lol. I have no chance of that ever happening lol. Just love it!! Great job!! I would love to be able to find something similar to yours that someone like me could afford it. I live on my Social Security, so there’s no way ?????. Thank you so much for sharing your wonderful home with me…
Ah I’m sorry it’s out of your price range, Linda — it is lovely to admire!
Oh, that “coffins” remark made me howl, but I guess vampires need tiny homes too.
Is that a platform bed? $135k for anything bigger then a broom closet in the Seattle area is probably about normal.
Wow! Do I love this house! It would be perfect for my husband, me, and our 8 rescue kitties. I can understand the price with all the high-end amenities, but it’s too much for us. Too bad because this house is perfect. I wish I could have seen the bathroom(s) because I would want a walk-in tub for my use. Regardless, I like this house so much I bookmarked it for future reference.
I’m glad you liked it. And 8 kitties 🙂 How awesome!
Really big…!
Aaaah, Zachary, it is not all that big, just park model size. LOL
This house isn’t ON Whidbey Island. That’s just the name that they gave to this floor plan. The $135K is just for the *house.* There is no land, not on Whidbey Island or anywhere else. You have to buy the land for it.
Love this!
Really nice but no shots of the bathroom
Sorry, Kim. We just post the images they have on the website!
These tiny house are very nice, but totally out of most peoples fincial range. Your teasing us.
