No wouldn’t live there. I currently own a mobile home and live in a park at the mercy of a Landlord/company and indiscriminate rent increases every yer… no real finacila security and trapped in a park with huge cost to move your home elsewhere. Never again!
Oh no! So sorry to hear that, Vickie.
Vickie, I agree ALL Mobile Parks should be co-ops but that’s not the world we live in…Doing ANYTHING to mobile should be strictly approached as self-improvement as the chances of recovering your costs are almost NIL….True we are recovering the cost of replacing single-pane windows each month on our utility bill, but it’s not a sale point as buyers assume you already HAVE Low-E windows. And replacement windows for a typical Park Model run less than $1000(I replaced 3 LARGE windows and a glass slider with a recycled French door for less than $800(including Labor) but I got lucky finding an honest and talented Handyman. To James D I must seem like a blowhard, but I have been in this specific area(small Homes) for 70 years and get exasperated experssing and sharing what I have seen and experienced..
Why would I think that?
Nothing wrong with being passionate about what you care about. I only care if information provided is accurate, everyone can decide what to do with that information themselves.
large-sized living room and kitchen, and an awesome bedroom. It would be perfect if the main house and “guest house” could have a roof over the walkway it to protect. My husband would LOVE that as his Man Cave office! Desk, recliner, big screen TV, refrigerator with beer and water, and a half-bath. Maybe a Murphy Bed, so it could also be a guest room! And even though there is a small yard, it is big enough for a small gatherings!!! How do you go about getting SVR blessing? And is there an HOA connected with this park? THANKS
My guess is you need some kind of credit check with SVR, but you can contact the seller and I’m sure he has more details. Not sure about the HOA but I’m going to guess yes.
As a Kiwi, could you explain what a SVR is.
In this case, it’s just the initials of the name of the place… Sky Valley Resort…
We’re not in the market for a tiny home, but if we were…this is the one that most appeals to me most of all I’ve seen. I wish you could ship the entire package as is to place in our back yard. Well done!
So glad you liked it!
