This fantastic couple came across a shed-on-the-water and purchased it sight-unseen! It ended up needing a total overhaul inside to make it into the adorable living space they now have.
Their marina payment is under $300/month, making it an affordable place to live. Plus, they’ve noticed that their resting heart rate has lowered since they moved in — something about the peace offered by the water. Enjoy their tour below!

Fascinating video! The thought, effort, and detail that they have put into their little floating paradise is impressive!
Yes, I have to admit I was curious about the doggie business myself! Haha!
Since Sarah works an hour away, where do they keep their vehicle?
Fascinating!! Very cute space and living life on the water is very enticing despite some extra work involved. I love that they can get to short easily — love that they have beautiful water views from every room — love that they have realised they can live happily with less!! And they sure look happy!!
On former comment meant: can get to SHORE easily!!!
