I have never been a fan of cramped lofts which aren’t suitable for the FL climate. This one is right although I would prefer a lift up to the ceiling bed to minimize the efforts for bed preparing. A little more counterspace for example with an island on would be great and a shower stall instead of the bathtub would be my preference. The optional covered deck is a must have for a tropical climate and adding a covered carport at the back of the house and some small windows for cross ventilation would make it perfect.
Unfortunately, there is nothing said about pricing.
But it should be less than others of this size to reach the leading.
