Slightly (Super) Spooky Tiny Cabin in the Dark Woods

This post may contain affiliate links & sponsored content.

Just one look at this off-grid cabin in the woods, and you’ll get all kinds of spooky vibes. While there aren’t any tales that this cabin itself is haunted, the nearby 163-years-old Narrowsburg Hotel is host to the ghosts of the women who used to work their brothel in the attic.

The cabin has great views as a cozy and quiet place to get away from it all — it features two bedrooms with double beds, a fully-functional bathroom, and a kitchen complete with a retro oven and farmhouse sink which have all kinds of (scary?) stories to tell.

While it’s too late to book your stay for this Halloween, you might want to put it on your list of haunted tiny homes to stay this winter….it sure looks magical surrounded by snow and ice! Reserve your nights at GlampingHub.

Sorry but I am going with cozy instead of creepy 🤫. But being so close to nature out there I do agree that it’s a great place to be for Halloween. That fireplace is fabulous. And a flushing toilet? Well lateedah! Aren’t we special 🤣. All joking aside it’s a great place to stay 👍

Hahah! I do think it’s funny that “flushing toilet” has become special in cabins/tinies! So many have composting ones that people dislike (for reasonable cause).

Compared to the typical BUBOW* this one is cozy, has charm and character.
    A true cabin.

This is a writer’s paradise. The warmth of the wood lends itself to calming of the mind and is a welcoming space to those tired of white and sterile. I hope they are marketing to the affluent seeking a hideaway stay.

I find nothing at all creepy about this cabin. As a single man, I could live there and be quite content… just as long as there was a place to go fishing within a reasonable driving distance. Someone is very blessed to have this cabin to live in.

Haha I agree it is a lovely place! I think it’s the filters on the photos that make it a little bit eery.
