Cash Only! Leaves out most people
I kind of expect a lot of the buyer candidates would be ones who are pretty established, maybe paid off their houses, their kids are grown and gone, and they want to downsize. My grandparents did that in the early 1970’s, and now I would like to. We have nearly a half million dollars of equity in the house, and we would sell it, pay cash for something like the above, and have a lot left over.
I’m pretty sure that the “cash only” statement means no trade as in other vehicles/tiny houses etc. Last time I looked you could still get cash from a bank. Whether from savings or as a loan.
Cute house. Descriptions need a little work: … that they’res a dining area.
Totally agree. they’res a needing for dem righters to go bak two skool. lqtm
What is the monthly space rent for this place? Thanks
