appears to be very liveable……………..
Seems to have packed alot into a small space. Very sweet!
Especially love true deck area yards from the house!
Difference in price can be justified in that 599 Rustic Heights Rd is a different house to 597 Rustic Heights Rd.
This is a darling little house, but I would have a counter depth refrigerator with a bottom freezer and a small cabinet over it. Right now the refrigerator dominates the room. I would also put a wall to the right of it to make it separate from the living area. I’m also concerned about having enough room to wash clothes in that bedroom space. It appears very tight in the photo. A smaller bed would probaby help the situation.
It has good natural lighting, very spacious, I would like to see more quality in cabinets, flooring, and some other things, but those could be changed. A lot of positives. Cute, nice outside area.
