The vaulted ceilings in the living and kitchen space feature skylights that let in gorgeous natural light, and the bathroom also has a massive skylight over the shower, which makes the gray/black space feel mystical but not gloomy.

The home has Nakamoto Forestry Japanese Cedar Siding.

The interior is all natural plywood, which looks very clean!

The kitchen is a step up from the living room.

The bathroom is behind this partial wall.

The queen-sized bed is in the gooseneck, with a great skylight.

There’s a nice open closet area on this wall.

The moody bathroom has the most incredible skylight.

It feels like showering in some tropical cave!

It can be towed via a heavy-duty pick-up truck.

What gorgeous siding in the close-up!

The burnt wood is bug and rot-resistant!

He skirted the gooseneck and used it as a storage shed.

  • Gooseneck design allows you to make a storage shed under the bedroom. It is big enough to use as a motorcycle garage. I kept my bike there during the winter.
  • Completed in 2023. But family is growing, and we have to sell it.
  • 31ft long with actual standing bedroom (not a cramped “loft” as most of the builds).
  • Swedish composting toilet, so house has grey water only.
  • You can set up filtration system to use all waste water for your garden. No septic/sewer needed.
  • Ask if you have any questions. Delivery is possible. Property is not included, needs to be moved.
  • Located in Crescent City, easy 1hr flight from Bay Area (Oakland).
