Modern Rustic Design: Timbercraft Excellence

Each home at Hidden Mountain is a showcase of “modern rustic” architecture. Built by Timbercraft Tiny Homes, these villas feature the high ceilings, large windows, and premium finishes that have made the brand a leader in the industry. The design language emphasizes natural materials and durable construction, ensuring that each unit feels like a permanent, high-quality residence rather than a temporary cabin.

Expansive Living and Luxury Finishes

Inside the villas, the focus on “living big” is immediately apparent. Open-concept living areas are enhanced by luxury flooring, custom cabinetry, and full-sized appliances. The use of vertical space and strategic window placement allows for an abundance of natural light, preventing the “boxed-in” feeling sometimes associated with smaller footprints. It’s an editorial masterclass in how to prioritize square footage for maximum daily impact.

Gourmet Kitchens and Dining

The kitchens at Hidden Mountain are designed for residents who love to cook. Granite or quartz countertops, deep farmhouse sinks, and plenty of workspace make these kitchens as functional as those in traditional homes. By integrating dining areas into the main flow of the home, the designers have created a space that feels unified and welcoming for guests.

The Website is not user friendly At All. It jumps around and is annoying to use. They say “Reserve your lot”, but don’t say if you’re buying or renting it, nor do they list prices for them.
They say you’re in Guntersville at the top of the page, but further down it says “10 minutes from Guntersville” and the address at the bottom is in Grant, up the road (but still on Lake Guntersville). So it seems it’s Actually located in Grant (which is a really small town with one Food Lion).
For those prices, I doubt people are going to find sufficient work in Guntersville, and Huntsville is approx. 45 minutes from Grant.
(I’ve spent time in this area while visiting another Tiny House Community in Woodville, 15 minutes North from Grant, called The Cottages at Pine Lake).
