Full-Time Glamping in Their Toy Hauler TV

Adrian and Erica wanted to hit the road and started making blueprints for a school bus conversion. But when they accidentally stumbled on their dream RV at the dealership — it had just been traded in and wasn’t even on display yet — they decided to officially shift gears.

The toy hauler design made it easy for each of them to carve out a permanent office space to do their full-time remote jobs. To allow them to boondock, they installed an incredible solar system that has removed the need for propane altogether. What do you think of their home?

  • Adrian and Erica live full-time in their Toy-Hauler RV, which they purchased at the height of 2020 after selling their home.
  • They’d initially planned to build out a skoolie, but the Minnesota winters would make that a challenge, so they pivoted to an RV.
  • The toy hauler design allows each of them to have a separate work space, since they work full-time while on the road.
  • Their bedroom and bathroom are both spacious for a tiny house, and boast plenty of storage.
  • In the kitchen, they upgraded to an air-fryer oven which runs off of their massively impressive solar array!
