This is a 14 x 32 Lake House (not on wheels) with a downstairs bedroom that’s for sale in Malone, New York.
It was built by Tiny Houses, Miniature Mansions LLC and is listed for $26,000.
This beautiful Lake House, Tiny Home, Cabin, Camp or Rental is for sale. It is stunning with just the right touch of modern meets rustic. Come on inside “everyone says it seems bigger inside than it looks from the outside.” Has a main entrance, front has outswing French doors to maximize space plus numerous windows for that open feel that lets natural light in. This house will need a shower installed (but has a large bathroom), plumbing, and the floor to be insulated (We could get the floor insulated prior to delivery). We can provide the name of a very responsible hauler that will deliver anywhere in the US.
Enjoy the pictures and use the contact form at the end of the post to contact the seller.

This is awesome: Downstairs bedroom with sliding doors.
How do you feel about this wall color? So soothing!
The counter top in the kitchen is beautiful wood! I love it.
Cute island on casters. That’s very handy depending on the day!
Stay warm! I love the ceiling and color combo. Light and bright.
The lights on the ceilings are fun! This bedroom is fantastic.
Great mudroom area with extra storage all over.
I love these baskets. The open shelving is also super helpful.
Another sliding barn door leads in the bathroom.
This is the shower area (still need to install the stall part).
Once again, I am a huge fan of the live edge counter.
Residential toilet! I know that’s a huge plus for lots of people.
The bank of windows and French doors are luxurious.

Nice house good price.
Nothing to cook food but a microwave? I guess you could add a stove if you wanted one.
Other than that it looks pretty nice, but the new owner had better factor in the costs of moving a wide load with no wheels. I bet that’ll be expensive.
I like it. With this price you can afford a bit higher shipping cost, too.
Is a rational arrangement in the division of spaces, the toilet sink is singular, but I would avoid the dry branches at the head of the bed, they are a source of cobwebs and dangerous to the eyes as they rearrange the bed; anything else would be better.
