The Eagle from Tiny Life Homes is a roomy small home, with two bedrooms and two full bathrooms in 690 square feet. Built by Cavco, it has an open living and dining area, a farmhouse-sink kitchen, and plenty of closet space. It’s available now as a turnkey home with its own lot at Peaceful Meadows, Tiny Life’s gated tiny home village in Franklin, North Carolina.
Open Living, Dining, and Kitchen
The living room flows into a dining area with a high-top table and the kitchen beyond. Outside, white board-and-batten and cement-board siding and a black metal roof give the home a crisp modern farmhouse look.
The kitchen has white shaker cabinets, dark counters, a farmhouse sink, and stainless appliances, including a fridge, range, and dishwasher.
Two Bedrooms
A shiplap-lined hallway leads to the bedrooms. The main bedroom has a ceiling fan, several windows, and room for a desk, making it easy to set up a work-from-home corner.
Two Bathrooms and Lots of Storage
With two full bathrooms, the Eagle works well for couples, roommates, or guests. Generous closets with hanging rods and shelving add storage that’s hard to find in a small home.
