The Blackberry from Tiny Life Homes is a 398-square-foot park model with a smart two-level layout: a bedroom on the main floor plus a carpeted loft above the kitchen, reached by a staircase with built-in drawers and cabinets. It’s available now as a turnkey home with its own lot at Peaceful Meadows, Tiny Life’s gated tiny home village in Franklin, North Carolina.
An Open Kitchen with an Island
The kitchen is the heart of the home, with an L-shaped layout, light wood cabinets, Calacatta Shadow quartz counters, and an island with seating. A round table across from the island adds a dining spot, and high windows bring in plenty of light.
Storage Stairs and a Loft
Instead of a ladder, a wood staircase leads to the loft, with drawers and cabinet doors built into the steps. A stacked washer and dryer sits in a closet nearby.
Upstairs, the carpeted loft looks down over the main floor and makes a great guest space, reading nook, or extra storage.
A Main-Floor Bedroom and Bath
The bedroom sits at the end of the hall, with a ceiling fan, a grid window, and a barn door. The bathroom has a tub and shower, a wood vanity, and a window.
