  • Mature Trees Provide Instant Community Character: Preserving existing Live Oaks creates shade, natural beauty, and a sense of established permanence that new landscaping would take decades to achieve
  • Wide and Tall Options Make a Noticeable Difference: Even slightly extra width or loft height significantly impacts livability in small spaces, demonstrating that a few additional inches can transform the feel of a tiny home
  • Walkthrough Bathrooms Create Efficient Floor Plans: Positioning bathrooms between living areas and bedrooms with pocket doors allows for creative traffic flow while maintaining privacy when needed
  • Outdoor Living Extends Usable Space: Private decks, sliding glass doors from bedrooms, and screened porches effectively double living space by creating seamless indoor-outdoor connections in Florida’s climate

The community as well as the homes are beautiful. Both look very enticing. However, after living in a 55+ park in Queen Valley and Gold Canyon, (both 60 miles east of Phoenix). We found the people living in both parks were rude, entitled, gossipy and mean spirited. Big mistake on our part but we learned our lesson!
