Lessons from This Design
- Extended Length Creates Room for Full Amenities: Adding 5 feet to a standard model creates space for a larger bathroom with tub/shower combo without sacrificing bedroom or living area square footage
- Tub/Shower Combos Offer Bathing Options: Including a tub rather than shower-only provides soaking capability for relaxation and is more familiar to those transitioning from traditional housing
- Sliding Barn Doors Save Swing Space: Using a barn door instead of a traditional hinged door for the bedroom saves the floor space that a door swing would occupy in tight layouts
- Frosted Glass Doors Balance Privacy and Light: Frosted bathroom doors allow ambient light to flow between spaces while maintaining privacy, making small interiors feel larger and brighter
- USB Outlets at Work Surfaces Modernize Function: Building USB charging directly into dining/work tables eliminates adapter clutter and acknowledges how people actually use their spaces today
