    Bummer that no pets are allowed in rentals. It’s discouraging for responsible pet owners whose dogs (in my case) don’t do damage.

    I agree with Julia.
    However, the design is great and unlike many others there is a covered and even screened porch with a storage room for outdoor
    living. I didn’t see anything about parking but I guess there is parking for one vehicle only. The all in rent is a clever idea and safes a lot of hassle dealing with monthly utility bills. Well done
