Luanne was looking for a way to retire comfortably, and living in a tiny house built by Incredible Tiny Homes in one of their communities provided her with that opportunity. She has a custom-built home on a lovely wooded lot that meets all her needs.
Even as a retiree, she chose a loft bedroom with stairs. It’s surprisingly open and spacious, but she also has a daybed/couch in her living room should she ever need a first-floor sleeping space. Enjoy the tour below.

Oh this is so homey, cute and just my cup of tea. She did a fabulous job with her home, and she loves dogs, what a very nice lady. How does this senior lady get something like that as I live on social security and my pension now.
Some banks are starting to offer tiny home financing that’s similar to a mortgage instead of the usual personal loans most limit options to, ITH just announced one bank that will work with them and are working on getting a few more to give more options…
If long term costs can be limited and kept low then that could be an option.
ITH also has an option to become a salesperson for their Incred-I-Box and either get a commission of $500 per home or credit towards an Incred-I-Box and eventually get one after 20 homes…
Or find a temporary living accommodation that will let you save up till you can get one…

Randy Jones of Incredible Tiny Homes and his ITH Family (to many to name individually) have done an outstanding job in creating a tiny home community with affordable homes (as low as $20,000) and a place to park them. I have been following ITH for years now and I am impressed with the care and concern they have for each and every home and home owner.
