Get ready for a lovely tour of this A-Frame (plus an addition) tiny house that sits on a lake in Switzerland, about 2 hours outside of Berlin. The off-grid boat house runs on minimal solar power without running water, Wi-Fi, or much phone connection, giving you a chance to unplug.
When you walk in, there’s an open living and dining space on the waterside of the home. Against the trees, you’ll find the micro kitchen (with a stovetop and fridge) and the bathroom with an RV-style toilet. Up the ladder sits two bedroom areas and can sleep up to four. There’s a video tour from a couple who stayed in the cabin at the end of the post.

This boat house is stunning. Spending a few days in this cozy boathouse will be a lifetime experience. I just hope any kind of reptiles don’t sneak in and create a scene.
