Tracey is a remarkable woman in a happy marriage who hit the road solo a few years ago to heal her inner child and work on finding herself. Her nomadic life has transformed her, and despite losing her RV to a fire, she didn’t give up on travel and instead poured her heart into a DIY conversion of a Ram Promaster van.
This van has all the comforts of home, including a shower, a closet that fits her nice clothing, and an oven to cook the healthy vegan meals she loves. The best part of this video tour is Tracey’s sunshine personality! Enjoy!

Details:
- Tracey lost her RV in a fire about a year and a half ago, and Nina Simone, her van conversion, was the replacement for that home on wheels.
- She’s actually happily married, but had some personal trauma to work through and living solo helped her heal and fall truly in love with her husband.
- One of the coolest features is her closet that twirls out of her shower! And yes, she does have a toilet which she stores over her cab.
- Instead of the ever-popular Lagun table, Tracey has a fold-up table that allows her to work for an insurance firm or eat meals in comfort.
- She runs a social network, Black Women Who RV, that creates community for other black women on the road!
