25-ft. Gooseneck Tiny House with a Standing Room Loft

This cute tiny home, dubbed the “Sunshine Cottage,” acted as a guest house in south Texas for a couple of years but is ready for a new address! Best part? No loft! The gooseneck bedroom has adequate headroom for most people.

You walk into the kitchen which features a small fridge, hotplate, and other little appliances. The bedroom is to your right, and to your left there’s a living room/office space as well as the bathroom that has a shower stall, flush toilet, and a spot for a small washing machine. Wide pine paneling covers the interior walls and ceiling.

There’s a spot for a futon and desk.

The cute little kitchen with a snazzy backsplash.

There’s a sink, hotplate, microwave and toaster oven.

Here’s the cozy bedroom with reading lights.

Some shelving for storage and an electric heater.

The bathroom has a flush toilet and a shower stall.

There’s even a micro washing machine!

Description:

Tiny House on Wheels called the Sunshine Cottage. I don’t need it anymore. Furnished. Needs to be hooked to water, electricity, and sewage like RV. Can stand up in bedroom area not a loft like so many others. I have scalloped trim and flower box that have not been installed yet. Needs new tires and is built by contractor around two years ago.

    Where desk is I would put a small table and chairs so I would have a place to eat at.

    First impression is it is a ramshackle piece of junk. My opinion. Second impression of inside is better but not for me. Just looks like a ramshackle mess. Again my opinion. No one elses.
