16 Foot Genesis Tiny House by Dragon Tiny Homes

In this economy, it’s nearly impossible to get a professionally built tiny house for less than $35,000, but Dragon Tiny Homes in Georgia is filling that void with its array of 16′ micro homes. The Genesis is one of their newest layouts, which includes everything needed for compact living.

The small living room can accommodate a comfortable chair or love seat and flows into the compact galley kitchen with an apartment-sized fridge, induction cooktop, and washer/dryer unit. There’s a little bathroom at the back of the tiny house and a loft bedroom with ladder access. What do you think of this THOW?

Actually I rather like this little 16 footer. i have been looking over & over it looking for ways to add to its capacity. For one thing, I would move the fridge to a shelf above the washer.dryer. Then in its old spot I would build a tall open storage cabinet – need a small convection oven and other kitchen necessities. Get rid of the window in this spot.Next to the washer dryer I would put a pull-out pantry. Last but not least there must be at least a love seat size sofs instead of all those unnamable items by the ladder. i have more, but this will be enough for now!
