I quite like the layout, but the only privacy door I saw was on the bathroom. Also, no hanging closets or mud room, there appears to be several areas where those could be added. Otherwise, this Floorplan is one I will be considering when I build. Great job.
There’s actually multiple hanging closets, they’re just integrated with the built-ins that also have drawers. Only the rear split loft doesn’t have hanging space but instead a wall divider with shelving storage. The main bed also lifts and has enough space to store about 6 crates for long term storage. Also, on the exterior, there’s a large storage space in the rear, and there’s additional storage throughout.
While you take your shoes off and stick them under that step platform you cross at the entrance and the owner can put a coat rack, etc. if they need any more functionality in the entrance.
Pretty much all their builds are custom, so it’s tailored to the design their client wanted and it’s something to understand that storage can be anywhere you want it but it doesn’t have to be in a specific form… Wardrobes, Armoires, etc. there’s lots of ways to provide hanging storage and other storage…
