With a gooseneck bedroom for the parents, a smaller room over the bathroom, and a split loft, this tiny home has four bedrooms as well as a spacious kitchen and living room for everyone to enjoy. What do you think?

This 39′ THOW Has 4 Sleeping Areas

You walk into the kitchen.

I love how much counterspace there is!

That’s a nifty ceiling fan.

Looking down from the larger kids’ loft.

A nice family-sized refrigerator.

This is the kids’ loft space.

The living room sits underneath.

A TV can go between the windows.

There’s storage built in under the window.

Some stools can provide an eating area.

This hallway goes to the parents’ room.

But first, there’s another kid bedroom!

It sits over the bathroom below.

The parents’ room with wrap-around closet space.

There’s a mini-split to keep things comfortable.

Washer-dryer hookups under here.

A spacious tiled bathroom.

A ladder takes you up to the double loft.

A partition divides the two spaces.

    I quite like the layout, but the only privacy door I saw was on the bathroom. Also, no hanging closets or mud room, there appears to be several areas where those could be added. Otherwise, this Floorplan is one I will be considering when I build. Great job.

      There’s actually multiple hanging closets, they’re just integrated with the built-ins that also have drawers. Only the rear split loft doesn’t have hanging space but instead a wall divider with shelving storage. The main bed also lifts and has enough space to store about 6 crates for long term storage. Also, on the exterior, there’s a large storage space in the rear, and there’s additional storage throughout.

      While you take your shoes off and stick them under that step platform you cross at the entrance and the owner can put a coat rack, etc. if they need any more functionality in the entrance.

      Pretty much all their builds are custom, so it’s tailored to the design their client wanted and it’s something to understand that storage can be anywhere you want it but it doesn’t have to be in a specific form… Wardrobes, Armoires, etc. there’s lots of ways to provide hanging storage and other storage…
