36-ft. Homesteader Tiny House with a Dog Kennel

Going tiny doesn’t mean giving up your pets, and this tiny house design shows that perfectly. Indigo River Tiny Homes customized their Homesteader Deluxe model to create “Avery,” a two-loft THOW with a secret dog kennel and doggie door.

Besides the pup-friendly features, it also has a stand-up loft with double wardrobes, a secondary loft for storage or office space and a beautiful L-shaped kitchen with open shelving.

Stand-up Loft w/ Wardrobes and Secret Dog Kennel

Lots of upper windows let in natural light.

The living room in under the secon loft.

L-shaped kitchen near the front door.

Upstairs lofts with view of the cool light fixture.

Get a full view of the space.

Built-in step to help get into bed.

Double wardrobes for clothing storage.

The bench also has storage.

Additional fan to keep you cool at night.

Nice sturdy handrail.

Flush toilet and compact vanity

Space for a washer/dryer and door to the kennel.

Large tiled shower stall

The back doors open to a control room, and then the kennel.

Nice deep sink with a drying area.

There’s a doggie door with a ramp off the back.
