Here’s an Escape Traveler XLS Wide that was built in 2020 and owned by a couple (no pets) for the past few years located near Austin Texas. They’ve had it parked in one place, so there hasn’t been a lot of extra wear and tear on the home. This model comes with two smaller lofts and a queen-sized private first-floor bedroom.

368 Sq. Ft. — My husband and I will be selling our beautiful ‘tiny home’. Available early October. Built to our specifications in 2020. Manufacturer’s certifications. Only the two of us lived in it. No pets or allergens. Filtered rainwater was used. Lots of extras. Very well cared for. Two wall mounted TVs, chefs’ oven, full sized fridge, two upper lofts with two slanted ladders and one downstairs queen sized bed bedroom with closets, cabinets and frosted glass sliding door. Dining table with two matching chairs. Bathroom has a double tiled shower and up to date toilet system, tankless water heater and outdoor shower, mounted window shades. Trailer and tires excellent condition. Parked in only one location. 32 ft. x 8.5 in. plus 12in for the extra width.
