This Tiny House Sleeps 6! First Floor Bedroom

I’m always a fan of green cabinets.

There’s a two-burner cooktop next to the sink.

There’s a ladder up to the secondary loft.

And the other loft is accessible by storage stairs.

There’s a lot of storage here.

More storage!

Here’s the back bedroom with a futon.

View from the loft.

Here’s the loft.

Looking over the ladder.

I love the little stained glass sconces.

There’s a glass shower stall in the bathroom.

There’s also laundry.

There’s metal on the exterior.

I like the fit and finishes. I am refining some Incred-I-Box model designs and this gives me lots of ideas. Although my area is for seniors mostly, almost any couple can fit it my designs. I particularly like how the metal roofing was used here.

On Incred-I-Box, just a heads up, but the changing economy is effecting the supplier of the panels, which means ITH will have to switch to higher priced full panels instead of the lower priced remnants they’ve been using.

It remains to be seen if it will effect all models but downside is price will increase because of this change, amount not yet determines, but up side is it will eliminate the need for all the fasteners and allow a smoother surface that will be easier to finish and decorate. So will look more like a traditional SIP construction. The panels will also come in some different colors, which may effect how finish details are chosen to be done.

While ITH is also making some design changes to accommodate the Add-A-Box option. Raising the loft a few inches to make room to opt to convert the window into a door, for example, for one of the ways the Add-A-Box can be joined to the Incred-I-Box…
