Just a few days ago we showed you a 10×41 Denali by Timbercraft Tiny Homes — and here’s a Rustic Denali! Just like the other one, this one has a bedroom over the fifth wheel so you don’t have to climb a ladder to get to bed. But this one also has a secondary loft bedroom for guests, kids, or even storage.
The kitchen and living area are still large and spacious, and you get a full bathroom and room for a washer/dryer combo.
To get a better feel for the layout, there’s a video tour at the end of another Denali XL — the finishes are different, but the layout is similar! Timbercraft says this is their most popular model, and I can see why.

wow! That’s a lot of house and a very nice house.
Just simply wonderful tiny house and roomy design!
So glad you like it!
WOW…what a beautiful and spacious tiny home!
Totally agree!
Love this house! Approximately how much is it?
Their site says the homes cost between $50-150k. I’m going to guess around $100K but you’d have to contact them for a quote.
Nice but for the money you can build a permanent home in the Ozarks. Really.
Where are you located?
BEAUTIFUL!!
I’m thinking it’s costly as well…
Wow! This is the best tiny house I’ve seen.
So glad you liked it!
Really nive and well thought off planning . I wonder if we can have a floor plan , size etc of the unit . I will be great .

I love the Denali XL! You guys have thought of everything. I live in Oregon. How much would it cost to have one shipped here?

This house has been on my wish list!! Some day..
Come ON Lottery!!
I hope it happens!
Seems like the first 3 photos have vanished off the page somehow.
Hmmm … I’ll look into that!
Really liked the Denali XL in the video so checked out the website for pricing. Couldn’t find any specifics so sent an email telling them I watched their video on the Denali XL model and would like to know the price for a model finished just like that one. Their response was as detailed as their website: “The Denali XL starts at $125k.“ Guess I’ll go elsewhere.
It gives a good starting point. Because the homes are usually outfitted to the customer’s needs and desires, it can be hard to give an exact quote. Something as simple as tile can be drastically different in price.
It’s all been said. It’s a very nice house : )
