Spanish-Style Tiny House with Cabin-Like Interior

This is a Spanish-style Tiny House on Wheels for $72,900 with a cabin-like interior.

It’s located in St. Cloud, Florida, and is built on a movable 24-foot trailer. The tiny house was built in 2021 and is designed and built just like an RV but it is completely custom built. I thought it might be worth a look! What do you think?

The Exterior is Finished with a Faux Stucco and the Interior is All Wood

The kitchen of this tiny house is fully functional, with a 24″ refrigerator/freezer, 24″ propane range, and microwave with an exhaust hood. The interior is finished with a variety of woods including Cypress, Douglas Fir, White and Yellow Pine, and Red Cedar.

The tiny house has a commercial-style kitchen sink and rack storage which seems very utilitarian. According to the listing, the tiny house was highly rated on Airbnb but they are choosing to sell it because of a city ordinance.

The upstairs sleeping loft has a king-sized bed and a wall-mounted Roku TV. There is also a second loft designed for storage. There is even a skylight for stargazing in the sleeping loft. What are your thoughts on this tiny house?

The bathroom has a 36″ shower, Nature’s Head composting toilet, and a custom sink and cypress vanity countertop. Hot water comes from an on-demand propane heater. Set up like an RV, this tiny house has a water hose inlet, a 50 amp plug, and two gray water tanks. Through-wall A/C and wall-mounted electric heat complete this cozy little home.

I love the industrial kitchen sink in this one. That’s what I’m talking about. Not the tiny round that they put in some that you wouldn’t even be able to wash a pan in. You can actually do dishes and wash produce in this one. I was hoping for more pictures on the listing but they really don’t have any others. It looks lovely. I like the stucco look. I wonder how durable that is especially if it is being moved.

Totally agree with you on this. Those round ones, you couldn’t do sweet b**ger all in them. Wonder how many have been ripped out and replace by a “normal sink” instead.
