Married Couple Build Their First Tiny House

We’re excited to introduce you to a new tiny house builder: Smith Tiny Homes! Here’s their story:

My husband and I both built this together. This was our first time building a tiny house. He has 30 years in building. I have none. We started our business in summer/fall 2022. Our business is Smith Tiny Homes, Smith, Tiny and Solar. The idea behind our business is with my husband’s 30 years in construction, and we lived off the grid for 5 years, really why not. The cost of living is terrible. With that in mind we try to keep the cost of our tiny homes down.

They Built a 24-Foot Tiny House with a Balcony and Solar Awning: Meet Smith Tiny Homes, a New Company Building Affordable and Sustainable Tiny Homes

  • This home took 10 weeks to build
  • *This is our business/ model but it is for sale
  • Our homes are completely spray foam, and livable year-round. They come with mini split’s for cooling and heating.
  • And solar is an option. Standard 2x4s and 2×6 in the loft. Steel siding and steel roofing. However, t11 is an option for your siding.
  • We not only build tiny homes but we will build anything on wheels.
  • We have built a food truck, and remodeled a castia camper.
  • We are working on a pontoon for spring.
  • We are completely custom builders.
  • Anything you bring to us is completely custom built to you.
