In Sulphur Springs, Texas there’s an awesome 288-square-foot tiny house for sale for $37.7K. The 12×24 structure is a shed-kit-turned-tiny-house, complete with a farm gable ceiling that provides lots of headroom in the two lofts.

    Said it before, will say it again-without a safety railing of some sort, I would fall and break me and/or whatever is under me! And the lamp in the 2nd loft would be knocked off in a heartbeat; I know me-HUGE KLUTZ! But overall, the house is adorable! 😍
