Nick has lived in his hand-built tiny house in Oregon for two years. He made it from locally harvested Juniper and Cedar, and the result was a stunning 295-square-foot tiny house.
The house has both a loft and a first-floor/gooseneck bedroom. The bed frame has plenty of storage underneath, and a sturdy wooden ladder goes up to the loft bedroom. In the bathroom, you’ll find a unique shower stall with cedar shingles and pebble tiles. It’s for sale for $72,999.

295 sq ft locally harvested Juniper and Cedar hand built tiny home. 30 ft in length and approximately 12 ft tall. The home is well insulated with wool to keep you cool in the summer and keep you warm in the winter. Rubber roof for the availability to collect rain water if needed. The home has hook ups for water but does not have any water storage tanks. Water is cooled/heated by infrared. You only heat/cool for what you need. There are hook ups available for a washer and dryer. Bed and futon are included in purchase of home ($3500 in value).
I lived in this home for approximately 2 years with just myself and my dog. It is has been a very warm and cozy home for us. It pains me to have to sell her.. but do to unforeseen financial struggles the time has come to move on.
