Stephanie went from #buslife dream to reality in just a year, meticulously planning out “Sarge,” her future full-time bus home. She chose a more masculine exterior in order to throw off any would-be thieves, but the inside is 100% her own simple style with bold accents like a black back wall and stunning wallpaper.
Since her son is still at home for a bit longer, she has only taken Sarge on weekend trips so far. As soon as her son moves out, she is ready to go see every state and meet all kinds of awesome people on the way. She included a shower and cassette toilet, a functional kitchen, and a full-size bed in her rig. What’s your favorite part?

Marsha made the first short bus conversion I’d ever seen and I have been in love with them ever since. Really nice job, Stephanie. It falls into the Marsha short bus category. And that’s high praise.
This is well thought out. Has the feel of a home. Like the couch that actually feels like one for living area. Agree about having more useful sink. Thanks, Penny
I love it but, instead of the oven, I’d have gotten an incinerating toilet. I couldn’t deal with these kinds of toilets. It would likely mean a little adjusting of the floor plan. Also, I’d have a pull-out counter extension built into the counter to provide more counter space. But this is really lovely, and I hope she has a lot of great adventures in it!
Absolutely gorgeous. I love the interior colors used, decor, and arrangement. Very nice!!
