@Bruce Pritchett: The hitch is part of the measurement of 25 feet. So take off a good 18 inches for the actual caravan length.
I’m trying to figure out where it sleeps 4. Looks like room for 3 to me.
Besides the dinette/bed there’s also the couch/bed by the bathroom…
