Lessons from This Design
- Connected Lofts Double Sleeping Capacity: Linking two loft spaces with a breezeway walkway creates separate sleeping zones while maintaining an open feel, ideal for families or guests
- All-Electric Systems Simplify Utilities: Running entirely on electricity eliminates propane tanks, gas lines, and combustion appliances, reducing maintenance and enabling easy solar integration
- Sliding Patio Doors Expand Living Space: A large slider in the living area creates seamless indoor-outdoor flow and floods the interior with natural light without the swing clearance of a hinged door
- Tiled Showers Add Durability and Value: Upgrading from standard shower surrounds to tile creates a more permanent, residential feel and withstands moisture better over time
- Metal Siding Reduces Long-Term Maintenance: Dark bronze metal exterior with extended warranty eliminates painting cycles and resists weathering better than wood or composite alternatives

Very nice and roomy. The bathroom is great. This house has pretty much everything you need.
Love this house as well as all of the wood. Personally I would have made the bathroom and shower a bit smaller to add somewhere else.
Where is this located?
An amazing rig. Very roomy using every space beautifully. I would not have see through glass/plexiglass to separate the spaces. No privacy. Otherwise wonderful THOW.

Can these floor plans be flipped 180 degrees?
The eONE units are production units they normally have in stock. They’re essentially their budget line and are standard factory built to keep costs low. So not customizable but you can go to their website and have a unit custom built for you. Just won’t be at eONE pricing…
Explore their website, they have PDF brochures with more information and a page describing their custom building process if you want more than just choosing options, like flipping the layout…
Thank you for your reply, and how I can get further information on customizing an order.
I have question? What are the outer dimensions of your XL, Width, length and height?

I’m not the builder, just providing information. Again, their site has the information you’re requesting…

So, what does DOT stand for…?
Department Of Transportation…
This looks beautiful. Does anyone know if this company has a good reputation? Do their tiny homes hold up over time? I really like these, but other than the reviews on their website, I can’t find many reviews of the company or their homes.
Escape, originally Escape Homes, has been around for many years, they have an A+ BBB Rating & Accreditation and have been in business for 23 years. They are RVIA certified and many of their units are used for AirBNBs. More recently, they established a village community in Florida, specifically for their model homes and they’ve had units in Florida for many years. So they’ve successfully weathered a number of hurricanes as examples of how well they’ve lasted.
Most of their products are factory built model units but they have a few custom model options, a number of different model types to choose from, and have also started to offer a limited edition Manufactured House model option, which means they’re also HUD certified now but THOWs remain their primary business, with Park Model and Manufactured House being additional options…
Thanks so much for the reply and for that information. I will be looking further into their line. I like the look of their tiny homes and the use of space. Nothing looks cluttered like some tiny homes tend to be.
