    The cert claims the structure can remain livable during and after major impacts such as:
    * snow load
    * wind events up to certain levels of hurricane.
    The cert claims the structure retains livability without issues such as mold or vermin intrusion.
    They offer other promises, as well.
    2003, we built our ExpeditionVehicle on a commercial ‘million-mile’ chassis.
    It is engineered to significantly higher standards by teams of integrated engineers… developed during decades of satisfied repeat customers.
    And dealing with lawsuits based on faulty assumptions.

    Really nice but both lofts could have been built as stand up, I think.

      That’s only possible if they can be lowered and thus depends what’s below it…
