Luxurious Mint Tiny House W/ Wool Insulation and Non-Toxic Paint/Stain

Solid hardwood flooring, five skylights, wool insulation and stunning non-toxic paint and stain: This version of the Loft Edition model by Mint Tiny Homes has all the nicest of finishes.

A mini-split system keeps it warm or cool, while the bathroom includes both a large tiled walk-in shower and a soaking tub — and a separate laundry room with a washer/dryer combo. For sleeping, there’s both a stair-accessible loft with an artsy divider and a secondary loft with ladder access.

Finally, you get a spacious living area with plenty of room for a comfortable couch and even a chair or two. To learn more about getting your own Loft Edition, contact the builder here.

This THOW is absolutely beautiful! Due to physical challenges, a loft space isn’t functional nor in my tiny/small house plans but I still love to see how people use their loft spaces. This loft is clean, minimalistic and looks spacious. All the features I would love to have in my own bedroom space. That bathroom is envious…with a full sink, bathtub, separate shower stall AND a laundry room! I love every interior feature of this THOW and definitely will look to this for design inspiration of my own tiny/small home.

    BEAUTIFUL!

So glad it provided some inspiration! I totally understand that lofts aren’t practical or possible for many.

Exquisitely done! I love the staircase, the bannister, the dividing wall in the loft. . . just everything! Beautiful design and decoration.

Wow! Very nice. I would have to put in enclosed cabinets though. I have a cat with a bad attitude and those kitchen shelves would just be a catwalk because if I put anything on them he would feel obligated to toss it overboard.

LOL…I once had a cat just like that!

One of the best looking tiny houses I have seen to date. Love the blend of white walls, natural wood color and the darker wood flooring. Checks all the right boxes for my taste.
