You have a Beautiful Home. I believe out of all the tiny homes I have seen your is my favorite. Thank you for sharing.
Thanks so much, Mindy! 😊 I’m so glad you enjoyed Nico’s design — it really shows what’s possible in a small footprint when creativity meets craftsmanship. Appreciate you being part of the Tiny House Talk community!
$100,000? Forget it!
Yes $100k is steep–but Nico is in California where $100k might buy you a double cardboard box! I was taking post-master’s classes in 2007 and one of my professors lived outside Los Angeles; he commuted ~45 miles each way because he couldn’t afford LA prices–a crackerbox would sell for a quarter million dollars. So the cost of Nico’s home is not that far out of line.
I live in the midwest, @Top Secret, and like you, my reaction at first was three gulps and a frisson 😀 (at least). But I’d still love to try out that bathtub!
Thanks for the thoughtful perspective, Dick! 😊 You’re absolutely right — California prices really do put things in a different light. It’s wild how location changes what feels “expensive” or “reasonable,” especially when you compare it to the Midwest. That bathtub definitely adds a touch of luxury too — glad you enjoyed the feature!
I so love this one! Probably my favourite!!!
Thanks, Vee! 🙏 It’s definitely one of our favorites too — the modern touches and that rooftop deck make it such a standout. So happy you loved it!
