Here’s some beautiful new construction — a 24′ tiny house with your standard loft bedroom layout. You walk into the living room, where you can fit a futon or small couch. There’s a galley kitchen and a small bathroom with a shower stall and residential toilet.

Very nice TH! The steps look dangerous. Do you have to turn your feet sideways to walk up or down?

This is very pretty. I love the bathroom, and the shiplap siding inside and out. There’s a lot of living room, and the loft seems to have a lot of headspace. Nice job!

I assume there is a sink and some form of cooking appliance(s), and a fridge? Most of the counter area is hidden behind the unnecessary standing mirror. Maybe the elbow high black box looking item on the right is the apartment size fridge? What is in the alcove I think I can make out just past the fridge, which looks a bit like a parking meter? What is on the other side of the fabric thing with a tassel hanging on the counter? Maybe a stove? I agree with Liz, above, that the stairs look very shallow, and like you would not have much foot area. The bathroom is very nice and the loft is huge.

  Yes, that’s a fridge… and the kitchen has a two burner induction cook top…

  The meter is actually a vacuum, Dyson Cyclone V10… Not much there but built in wall storage but opposite it is a large 2 door cabinet that’s for installing a combo washer/dryer… Seems to be a standard feature from this builder but they apparently do full custom, making everything from the trailer on up…
  
  If you look at the FB seller profile, you’ll see the other two units that are presently being on sale now too. They have FB video tours, different layout, but gives a better idea of the kitchen as they use the same basic design for the kitchen…
