This is the Home Run tiny home by Brevard Tiny House. And if you like baseball, you’ll probably love this house.
The builder got creative and used old baseball bats to make a built-in table in the kitchen. In the bathroom there’s even a baseball diamond built into the flooring.
When you go inside this tiny home you’ll notice that’s there’s plenty of built in storage space including the custom-built storage staircase that leads you to the sleeping loft. And, there’s even under floor storage too! See below.
This tiny home also has a nice size bathroom with shower and laundry area. Please enjoy and re-share below. Thank you!

I think this model is wonderful! It has everything and ample storage so that one isn’t tripping over items that are better stored (out-of-season clothing, shoes, boots, Occasional items like extra dishes for guests, etc.). Brilliant concept!
My new Fav’ TH… open with a legit living room area, space for a W/D and large fridge… storage, storage, storage… sweet!
Interesting layout! I like how the raised floor creates storage, and the way the seating area is sectioned off so it could serve as a sleeping space. Plus they squeezed in a full closet and laundry area.
The stairs are pretty awesome (a railing would be nice, but hey).
This has so many creative touches and so much storage! The best!
This is also my new favorite. Use of storage, stairs, living room. Its wonderful.
Finally a design that solves the age old problem of what to do if the Wife comes home early.
that was funny…
By far one of my favorites- the first I’ve commented on too. Feels open and airy because the kitchen is on a long side of the rectangle-strangely, I thought that would make it feel smaller prior to seeing this. The drawers on the stairs are upscale and functional and the staircase is the first one I’ve seen run perpendicular to the long walls. The pull out AND flip down table is great. Brilliant design and use of space and storage. Love the washing machine.
I have been a fan of the Brevard Tiny House Company and this house is by far, my favorite design of all. In particular, I like the side entry, the shed roof, the location of the stair well. This is a very livable design.
Cute!!!! Love the layout.
Many very good design ideas; however stairs are more tham 8″ which make them very hard to climb. Just make shallower drawers (or drawer fronts anyway). Also there are spaces that could be better used. Great start, please keep refining design.
Thanks
By far, the best use of space that I have seen. I believe I would add some shelving for quick reach items in the kitchen. Very well planned!
This tiny house design is a real breath of fresh air! I love it. I wouldn’t change a thing. I’m going to check out your web site to see if you sell your plans.
What is the price on this tiny house..I like it except for a few things.I would want a small tub with the shower and a small sink w/cabinet and mirror for makeup, etc.Would it be possible to put a wall on the loft area to make it feel safe from falls ?
Love the floor plan !!! Cute use of the bat theme.
I love the tinyhouses without ladders.
Love this one! The only thing I would add would be a bannister up the lovely staircase!
Nice job on the stairs and storage, a variation on a tansu.
A homerun!
I love it ! The Home Run but how much is it?
I like this one. Simple. Great storage. Open. Clean lines. Only real issue I have is the roof is sloped the wrong way, but it would require changing around the floorplan which may not be doable… there’s an awning so I guess it isn’t a big deal…
