Tremendous curb appeal. Beautiful little house.
Nice use of space. It looks as though you both are very happy with the house too.

What a delightful couple! They have fashioned a terrific space that is cozy and just what they need. Love, also their darling canine — so nice to see a pair so very happy — what more do they need??

Love it! Who was the builder? Do they have house plans for this home?

The property owners built it themselves…

Love it! I really like the light colored wood, it could be a sand/beach feel as well as the warm cozy snow theme. Ive recently gotten interested in the idea of tiny home living for the future. I wonder about heating since ur in a cold environment. Also wish u might have shared where’s the hot water tank.

Looks like they want questions posted on their youtube channel for a quick response but I can tell you that they have 2 electric heaters, one by the wall by the stairs and one by the desk. Seems they usually only need to use one and only set it to about 50% when sleeping, because of the way the heat rises to the loft, and ceiling fan helps circulate the warmed air…

You are a cute cute couple living in a darling just right tiny home. Lucky you to have found one that fits your needs at the right time and sits in a great location. Your kitchen is bigger than you let on when you consider the space outside your bathroom door, as well as the space your refrigerator and its surroundings uses. Both allow you moving around space that almost never enters the square footage measurement! If anything your living room and work space are a bit close for 2 and that cute dog. The dormer window was a great idea by the builder to give you just enoigh space to make your trip upstairs easier. (Love how you get the dog up and down!) And the fact that you can move the staircase is dynamite! And last, but not least, the bay window by the table really opens up your space! I love it, and I can yell you both do too!

Cute and great if you’re thin, young and healthy. Not LIVABLE if you can’t get up stairs or fit on the toilet or in the shower
