Interesting idea! What are the trailer dimensions? Inside height?
Hi Chris — I’m afraid I don’t know but you could always give Melissa a call 🙂 — Tiny House Talk Team
The trailer measures “technically” 6′ X 12′; however, since the front is curved, it measures almost 13 1/2′ inside. The ceiling height is 6′.
Not without a bathroom I wouldn’t even consider it…!

This is fabulous. No plumbing is a plus. Porta-potty addition is easy but you don’ t have to deal with leaks, stinky black water houses, etc. And the price is great too. I would love to hear the back story.
Hi Eva – you are correct! No plumbing is a plus!! I am going to reduce this price now to $6,500 firm. Everything is brand new inside and top of the line. Keep in mind, it FULLY FURNISHED and comes with absolutely everything you need to live in it (except for food). =)
Melissa, is this still for sale? Do you know the approx. weight?
Hi Kim – I sold this several months ago and miss it terribly!!! =(
I think that less bulky furniture would really make the tiny space larger. and what’s with no one wanting bathrooms anymore? I personally am not a huge fan of public restrooms. anyone living a tiny minimalist lifestyle wouldn’t need that huge dresser or chair.
good luck with the sale though.
