This is a beautiful tiny house that was built by this family from the ground up. It’s on skids and will need to be transported to a new location if you purchase it. This awesome 480-square-foot space has two bedrooms, making it an awesome family-friendly tiny home.

The main bedroom is on one end of the house, and the kids’ room is on the other end. In the middle, you’ll find an open-concept living room and U-shaped kitchen with retro-style appliances. What do you like most about this layout?

Welcome home!

Here’s the main living area. Love the vaulted ceilings.

Notice the washer and dryer beyond the couch.

The turquoise appliances are beautiful.

This is the kids’ bunk room.

The full bathroom has a residential toilet.

There’s a mini-split to keep the space comfortable.

Here’s the main bedroom at the other end of the home.

There’s a built-in a closet.

Our cute tiny house comfortably sleeps 5!
It is approximately 480 sq ft, we also have a 10×10 front porch on the front.

There is a laundry area with new LG washer and dryer. The he kitchen has ample storage, as well as has a dishwasher, gas stove, and fridge. The master bedroom fits a full size bed, and has a very large closet. The kids room has a built in triple bunk bed with a ladder. There is also a little play loft opposite to the beds.
Full bathroom with tub and shower.

This tiny house comes with all appliances. There are 3 Mitsubishi minisplit heads inside the home and 1 outdoor unit.
There is also a Tankless water heater mounted to the outsideside.
We built this tiny house from the ground up. The exterior walls and ceiling all have been insulated with spray foam. And all plumbing is Pex piping.
We are located just outside of halls.
