Even though the price is out of reach for most of us, I still thought you might enjoy looking at and learning about this 328 sq. ft. studio for sale in London’s Mayfair District.
It has a pretty simple floor plan. When you walk in, you’re right by the bathroom. Turn right and head towards the open living space with living room, entertainment center, storage, little dining table and bed. I think it has a classy modern/victorian style with crown molding and all. Continue walking passed this area and you’ve got your little kitchen which is modern, beautiful, and has all you need to cook a wonderful meal. Please enjoy, talk about it in the comments, and re-share below.
Our big thanks to Erik Walker for sharing this 328 sq. ft. studio with us!

It’s certainly a well planned use of space – great renovation – I like how they have combined such modern functioning rooms as the kitchen and bathroom -yet left some of the original character of the building in the deep baseboards and ceiling mouldings. The bathroom is very luxurious – who wouldn’t love lingering there every day?
While I was at college in England, my own studio apartment (rented) was about 1/3 of the size of this. The ceilings were also lower, and it certainly had not been renovated in anything like this style – sigh – beautiful!!!
Thanks Susie I’m glad you liked it. How cool that you went to college in England too 🙂
Flawless in every respect. A wonderfully unexpected touch is the lovely turquoise colour that the owner’s chose to paint the backboards of their hutch…NICE!!!
Just on a sheerly personal level, I would have a free-standing screen that I could open or close, to provide privacy of the bedroom area when I had guests over. (wouldn’t want anyone to get the ‘wrong idea’!) LOL Also, for the coziness factor, I’d prefer whilst sleeping to have a slight barrier betwixt myself and the remainder of the room. 😀
The screen is a great idea, I agree, would definitely add to the coziness level 🙂 thanks Cahow! 😀
I’d go for a Murphy bed book case/ desk set up so that it would blend into the room, but drat I’m a few pounds short. Anything similar in Soho?
Thanks Charlie! Murphy bed would be cool.
Ah I love this apartment and could live permanently in this space. I wont comment on the bed or other furnishings because these items don’t come with the real estate anyway. Thankyou for sharing. Cheers from Australia.
Thanks Brian!
This is so sophisticated and lovely, yet it looks comfortable and practical, too. What beautiful style! The kitchen is gorgeous and cleverly arranged, and the tiny bath gives the illusion of lots of space. Thanks for sharing your beautiful home with us!
am working on a tiny house community here in the Dallas Texas area…would love some insight on a few things we are confused about . We are building about 30 smart tiny homes for a rental community on land. Would LOVE any advice!! 🙂
